(d) In no event will Mechbox.com, or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or distributing www.mechbox.com or www.airsoftrepair.com , be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use www.mechbox.com or www.airsoftrepair.com . 8. Termination
Either Mechbox.com or User may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, Mechbox.com shall have the right immediately to terminate User’s Account in the event of any conduct by User which Mechbox.com, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by User of this Agreement. The provisions of Sections 4(b), 4(c), 4(d), 5, 7, 9 and this Section 8 shall survive termination of this Agreement.

9. Trademarks
www.mechbox.com or www.airsoftrepair.com and Mechbox.com and each of their logos are trademarks of Mechbox.com. All rights reserved. All other trademarks appearing on www.mechbox.com or www.airsoftrepair.com are the property of their respective owners. We recognize that some words, model names and designations, for example, mentioned in www.mechbox.com or www.airsoftrepair.com are the property of the trademark holder. We use them for identification purposes only.

10. Children under 13 | COPPA Compliance:
In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Act , we affirm the following:

Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to create Mechbox.com memberships free or otherwise. Under no circumstances is any information collected by Mechbox.com provided to third parties. While we do our best to ensure that children under the age of 13 do not join – we cannot always verify that a user is providing accurate or truthful data.
