I do have a question, when you remove the gearbox from the lower reciever how then do you remove the wireing from the upper reciever so you can dissgard both parts?

To whom it may benefit be careful with some metal bodys they slide apart instead of prying them then to the guy with the 614 JG good luck with the metal body upgrade they dont have one that lines up the rails yet. hope this clears up some ?'s. Also would like to see front end dissasembly of a JG 614 / 416, Thank you Mechbox .com

Thank you so much for this guide! For anyone that is curious, the JG M series disassemble in this way as well. I love your videos, they have saved me a lot of time and probably money as well. The only thing you guys are missing is how to put in new parts for an M4 and how to install a Tightbore barrel, throw those two up and your videos will be perfect! Keep doing what you are doing!

Thanks for this! Very, very helpful. To get the gearbox out I had to trim away some of the plastic on the back part of the lower receiver though. Other than that it was a piece of cake.

Hey Tanner!
To tell the truth, I have no idea. If you can, look at reviews (such as Airsoft GI). I trust that Echo 1 wouldn't release lemon pistons. After all, it's an upgrade from plastic to polycarbonate.
